Beer de Bera is a long overdue collaboration with the fine folks at Son of Man, producers of Basque-style cider and our neighbors in Cascade Locks. A blend between friends. We combined choice varieties of actively-fermenting spontaneous ciders with a rustic saison aged in puncheons for 8 months with brettanomyces. The result is a soft and bright field blend, raw and rustic with light fruit notes, tannic apple skins and a complex farmhouse finish.
